A New Star in the Afridi Family!

The cricketing world is buzzing with joy as fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi and his wife Ansha Afridi celebrate the arrival of their first child, a charming baby boy named Aliyaar Afridi. The exciting news was shared through the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) WhatsApp group on Saturday, instantly lighting up the cricketing community.

Currently playing in a Test match against Bangladesh, Shaheen is eagerly anticipating his reunion with his family in Karachi once the match concludes. Though his heart is with his newborn son, Shaheen is set to rejoin his team for the second Test in Pindi on August 30, balancing his dual roles as a father and a cricketer.

Aliyaar’s arrival is a particularly special moment for the Afridi family, as it also marks the beginning of Shahid Afridi's journey as a grandfather. The excitement within the Afridi household is palpable, with congratulatory messages flooding in from notable figures such as PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi and Olympic javelin champion Arshad Nadeem.

In a heartwarming gesture during the Bangladesh Test, Shaheen dedicated a wicket to his son by mimicking the act of rocking a baby—a touching tribute to his new role as a father.

Shaheen and Ansha's love story began with their wedding in Karachi in September 2023, followed by a glamorous reception in Islamabad attended by cricket stars like Babar Azam, Shadab Khan, Imam-ul-Haq, and Haris Rauf. Their journey started with a heartfelt nikkah in February 2023 at a local mosque in Karachi, surrounded by their closest family and friends.

Now, as the Afridi family welcomes baby Aliyaar, fans and fellow cricketers are celebrating this joyful milestone. The new addition promises to bring even more happiness to the already vibrant Afridi clan.

Miss England Walks Out of Miss World in India, Citing Harassment and Disrespect!

In a bold and shocking move, English beauty queen Milla Magee, crowned Miss England 2024, has walked out of the Miss World competition in Hyderabad, India, just days before the final event. Citing harassment, outdated practices, and unethical treatment by the organizers, Magee’s decision has shaken the global pageant community. The 24-year-old from Cornwall was one of 108 international contestants competing in the 72nd Miss World, scheduled for May 31 at Hyderabad’s HITEX Exhibition Centre. However, her experience in India was far from glamorous. “I went there to make a difference, but we had to sit like performing monkeys,” Magee said in an interview with UK media. She detailed how contestants were expected to wear makeup and ball gowns at all hours — even at breakfast — and were allegedly asked to entertain older male sponsors at dinner events. Describing the situation as "morally wrong" and "deeply uncomfortable," Magee said the final straw was when she was asked...
